A very cool collector's item for fans of the new Toyota Gazoo Racing GR Corolla. This catalog is straight from the Toyota Gazoo Racing Garage in Japan. These catalogs are not available for distribution outside of Japan.
Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) is the motorsport division of Toyota. It competes in various racing series worldwide, including the World Rally Championship (WRC), the World Endurance Championship (WEC), and the Dakar Rally. TGR also develops and produces high-performance Toyota road cars, such as the GR Supra and the GR Yaris.
TGR was founded in 2007 by Akio Toyoda, the president of Toyota Motor Corporation. Toyoda is a passionate racing driver himself, and he wanted to create a team that would push the limits of what is possible with Toyota cars. TGR has quickly become one of the most successful motorsport teams in the world, winning multiple championships in WRC, WEC, and the Dakar Rally.
TGR is more than just a racing team. It is also a research and development facility that helps Toyota develop new technologies for its road cars. TGR's engineers learn a great deal from racing, using this knowledge to make Toyota cars better and more reliable.
