兵庫県立山崎高校 (Hyogo Prefectural Yamasaki High School) is a public high school located in Yamasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. While not one of the most historically dominant teams in Japanese high school baseball, Yamasaki High School has a notable presence and has participated in the prestigious Koshien High School Baseball Tournament several times.

Yamasaki High School's baseball team has competed in the National High School Baseball Championship (Summer Koshien) and the National High School Baseball Invitational Tournament (Spring Koshien). The local community celebrates Their appearances at Koshien, as qualifying for the tournament is a significant achievement. 

In Japan, Kōshien refers to the two annual baseball tournaments contested by high schools nationwide, culminating in a grand finale at Hanshin Kōshien Stadium in Nishinomiya. These tournaments enjoy immense popularity, comparable to the NCAA March Madness in the U.S., and may rival or surpass the following for professional baseball.
